• You provide customer-oriented advice and sell our diverse range of products, for example when selecting gifts
• You actively engage with our customers, recognize their needs, and offer suitable solutions
• You take care of the checkout processes and ensure precise and correct settlement
• You present the exquisite confectionery and chocolate assortment in a tasteful and inviting manner
• You also undertake production activities as well as refilling and maintaining the sales areas
• You implement our high quality standards with dedication and care
• You consistently ensure compliance with the hygiene and freshness concept
• You work hand in hand with your team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere

What you bring with you #####

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in retail, have professional experience in retail, and are enthusiastic about sales and direct customer contact
• You recognize customer needs quickly and advise in a friendly, individual, and convincing manner
• You have very good German and English skills; French and other languages are an advantage
• You work responsibly, reliably, and quality-oriented, and consistently adhere to hygiene and cleanliness standards
• You are a team player, like to take on responsibility, and want to develop further in sales and service
• You are flexible and ready for shifts on weekends and public holidays
