• Customer relationship manager: You look after our customers from appointment coordination to vehicle handover and maintain active customer contact.
• Sales bridge: You work closely with the sales team and form the interface between the workshop and customers.
• Offer professional: You create offers according to the order, check vehicles for cleanliness and completeness and take care of professional order processing.

What you bring with you

• Vocational training and commercial expertise: You have completed training in the field of body and paint and possess good commercial knowledge.
• Experience expert: Ideally, you already bring customer service experience with you.
• Service professional: You are sociable, enjoy approaching people and convince with advisory competence and persuasiveness.
• Mindset master: You are resilient, deal positively with challenges and convince with your customer-oriented nature, your expertise and your enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
• IT expert: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication and the application of AI tools.
• Driving professional: Valid driver's license category B.
