EMPLOYEE (M/W/D) - CHOCOLATE PRODUCTION Location: Buchs (AG) Scope: 100 % Work model: 3-shift operation (early/late/night - Monday to Friday, weekends off!) JOB DESCRIPTION Production: Active support in the production, shaping and packaging of fine chocolate specialties. Plant maintenance: Support the team in setting up, operating and converting modern production and packaging machines. Quality & Hygiene Check: Ongoing monitoring of processes and strict adherence to high quality and hygiene regulations (food standard). REQUIRED PROFILE Willingness: You are absolutely willing to work in the weekly changing 3-shift model (early, late and night shifts). Mobility: You have your own car and driver's license, as some shift changes are outside public transport schedules. Language skills: Solid German language skills. A good A2 is the minimum, ideally you are at level B1/B2 to implement work instructions and recipes without problems. Experience: First professional experience in food production or in an industrial environment is a big plus. Personality: Reliable, team-oriented, physically fit and with a pronounced sense of cleanliness.
