Project Manager Architecture 80-100%

To strengthen and enrich our team, we are looking for an Architect 80-100% with experience in project management from January 2027 or by arrangement.

We are an architecture office in the heart of Baden with exciting projects from successful competition procedures in the public and private sectors. The holistic implementation of projects - from design to realization - is an important component and essential success factor of our office. Equally important to us are a transparent way of working within our team, the exchange of knowledge, and the development of individual employees. In a team that thinks along, encourages new perspectives, and raises questions, but with whom one can also talk about kitesurfing, London, or the last mountain tour.

Your area of responsibility:

• Conceptual development of projects from the planning phase to the handover of keys
• Coordination and management of demanding projects with a focus on public school buildings
• Close exchange with all project participants - our team, specialist planners, authorities, as well as the client

What you bring with you:

• Joy in developing architecturally strong solutions and accompanying and coordinating projects in all service phases from design to completed handover
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland as well as project management experience
• Completed architecture studies (ETH/FH or equivalent)
• Organizational strength, communication skills, and high social competence
• Open-minded personality with joy in teamwork
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD
• Very good oral and written German skills
