In cooperation with the canton and municipalities, we carry out offers for the unemployed in the area of vocational integration with several businesses, shops, as well as educational offers. From the Sursee location, our team picks up material donations and carries out apartment and house clearances and processes these goods further in various ways. To complement our team, we are looking for a/an Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for goods procurement and management. Pickups and clearances, donation reception, sorting and processing of donated goods. This at all times with the cooperation and guidance of the program participants according to agogic principles. We would like to entrust you with these tasks: Accompanying and carrying out pickups and clearances Direct donation reception, processing, sorting of products Co-coordination in the various areas of goods logistics Work agogic guidance and leadership of 6-10 program participants Writing reports, administrative work within the framework of the work agogic mandate Supervision of apprentices as a vocational trainer Collaboration on projects for the further development of tasks in the goods logistics department You can take over these tasks efficiently and safely if you have completed training or further education in the logistics field (or similar) with professional experience in this specialist area. If you have already completed or planned an agogic training, you are well-equipped for this task. You are an open, customer-oriented and physically resilient person. A hands-on mentality and openness to development and innovation describe you perfectly. You enjoy guiding people, are a role model for them at all times and are happy to celebrate their development with them. Social topics interest you and you enjoy dealing with them. Of course, your very good German skills (C1) are also required and you possess a driving license of category BE. For several months, we have been working in a role-based manner.
