The Marketing & Communication department shapes the Ärztekasse brand image across all channels and develops effective communication measures for all target groups. To complete our team in Urdorf, we are looking for Social Media and Content Manager (m/f) Working hours: 100% Start: as soon as possible or by agreement Duration: indefinite Place of work: Urdorf Main tasks • Planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns, including the development of targeted and effective content for customer acquisition and retention • Writing and creating text content for different communication channels (website, landing pages, newsletters, email marketing, brochures, SEA, and social media) • Conception and creation of content tailored to target groups for communication measures in the context of sponsorship and cooperation partnerships • Management and development of social media channels, including the creation of content to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness • Planning, implementation, and optimization of paid campaigns on social networks (LinkedIn & Meta) for lead generation • Community management on social media and Google Business Profile to promote dialogue and trust Requirements • University degree or further education in marketing, communication, digital marketing, or a comparable field • Several years of professional experience in content marketing and social media • Experience in implementing multi-channel campaigns • Excellent writing skills and experience in creating texts tailored to different communication channels • Very good sense of targeted content and storytelling • In-depth knowledge of planning, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns on social networks • Mastery of AI-assisted tools for effective content creation • Creative, structured, and autonomous working method combined with a high level of quality requirements • Teamwork and pleasure in collaborating with internal and external partners • Perfect command of German Additional information A varied job awaits you in a motivating work environment.
