Your tasks

• Timely recording of tax-relevant documents and information
• Preparing, filing and archiving dossiers
• Managing data in the corresponding applications
• Providing telephone and written information to internal and external customers
• Helping to shape existing AVOR services and processes

Your profile

• Completed training as Kauffrau / Kaufmann EFZ or equivalent training
• Independent, goal-oriented and committed (co-)working
• Interested and flexible personality
• Efficient and precise way of working with a high service orientation
• German as a native language and good oral and written (B1) French skills
• Willingness to distribute the 60 % workload over four mornings per week
