Construction Manager with potential as Deputy Head of Execution

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Organization, coordination and control of construction processes and schedules on the construction site as well as construction handover and commissioning
• Ensuring and enforcing occupational safety on the construction sites
• Monitoring and adherence to costs, schedules and quality specifications - quality assurance between plans and works contracts
• Preparation of tender and works contract documents based on the received plan documents, knowledge of standards
• Cooperation and coordination of planners and contractors, support or takeover of project management, depending on need
• Reporting to the responsible project manager of the management

Your profile and mindset

• Completed training as a dipl. Bauleiter or Hochbautechniker HF with several years of professional experience
• Good understanding of plans, cost awareness, punctuality, sound knowledge of current Swiss construction standards and guidelines
• You work expeditiously, with commitment, pragmatically, can handle time pressure, are used to meeting deadlines and asserting yourself
• Good IT application skills for performing the task in a digitized environment
• Reliability, sense of duty, resilience, team player, interested, committed, structured and solution-oriented
• You appreciate the dynamic environment and enjoy taking on responsibility
