To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a

Project Manager/Deputy Managing Director

Your main tasks

• New customer acquisition, appointment scheduling, and customer support until completion
• Determination of customer needs and creation of individual offers
• Sale of PV systems, electricity storage, charging stations, and energy concepts
• Follow-up of offers and inquiries
• Documentation and ensuring a smooth project process
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Planning and design of solar systems for single-family houses, including technical details and material selection
• Representation of SolarkraftWerkstatt as a competent contact person in the region

What we expect from you
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
Technical training, preferably electrician
Several years of experience in the field of photovoltaics
Enthusiasm, quick comprehension, willingness to learn, and curiosity
Knowledge in the planning and dimensioning of solar systems
Independent, organized, reliable, and goal-oriented way of working
Driver's license Cat. B required
Very good German skills
