Apprenticeship of Commercial Employee CFC (FPA)
The activities of commercial employees are multiple and vary according to the services and the needs of the company. This versatile profession allows you to discover a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks.
Typical work situations:
Processing client and supplier requests (online or offline)
Managing internal and external orders
Coordinating and organizing work processes
Researching, analyzing, and evaluating market information
Participating in quality assurance activities
Writing digital content and ensuring data management
Required conditions:
Completed compulsory schooling (middle or upper level)
Holder of a certificate of general culture or a federal maturity
Good language skills, especially in English
Sense of service and ease in contacts
Diplomacy, patience, and customer orientation
Organizational talent, reliability, and ability to work in a team
Good oral and written expression
Quick understanding, sense of responsibility, and autonomy
Duration of apprenticeship: 2 years
