About Our Client ##

I am currently recruiting an Accounting and HR Manager at 80-100% in CDI for a company active in the finishing trades sector, based in the Nord Vaudois.

Job Description ##

Reporting directly to management, you will take charge of the company's accounting and human resources management.

Your main responsibilities include :

• Management of general accounting up to closing
• Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash flow
• Monitoring of tax and social obligations
• Preparation of elements intended for external partners
• Administrative management of personnel
• Payroll and social insurance management
• Monitoring of absences, holidays and employee files
• Participation in the administrative and financial monitoring of the activity
• Close collaboration with management on financial and HR matters

The Successful Applicant ##

• Proven experience in a similar function
• Excellent mastery of Swiss accounting up to closing
• Experience in human resources and payroll management
• Experience in the construction or finishing trades sector indispensable
• Knowledge of A3, Baubit or similar tools, an asset
• Autonomous, organized and rigorous personality
• Good interpersonal skills and taste for SME environments
