Project Manager Construction 80-100% Your area of responsibility From the start of planning until the commissioning of the trades, you ensure - in close cooperation with the client - high-quality project management. You coordinate all specialist planners, contractors, suppliers, specialists and authorities involved in the project. You are responsible for monitoring total costs, deadlines and quality as well as contract management. You are the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders in the various phases of the project and offer support to our young team members with your experience. Your skills and talents We are looking for YOU, an upbeat, sympathetic and positively thinking new team member. You have a completed degree as a Civil Engineer / Architect ETH / FH or a comparable qualification. In addition to your several years of experience as a Project Manager and the overall management of demanding projects, you can also rely on high business management competence. You convince through your integrative personality with persuasion, motivation and assertiveness as well as your confident appearance when dealing with various internal and external stakeholders. From the outside, you are perceived as analytical, conceptual and thinking innovatively with excellent implementation skills. You have experience in dealing with CAD as well as with Messerli BAUAD.
