YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for the setup, operation, and general maintenance of our CNC systems (machine control: Siemens Sinumerik ONE / Solution line)
• Processing of aluminum profiles and welded assemblies up to 27m in length
• Active and uncomplicated cooperation within the team
• Assistance with process optimizations as well as developing and initiating corresponding improvement measures
• Responsibility for compliance with our safety and quality standards as well as schedule requirements

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Completed basic vocational training as a polymechanic or production mechanic specializing in CNC
• Several years of professional experience in the CNC operation of 5-axis milling machines, preferably in profile processing
• Readiness to work in a rotating 3-shift operation
• Enjoyment of independent work at the machine
• Reading and understanding NC codes and technical drawings
• Good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level B1)
• Existing basic PC knowledge
