Within the Legal department, we are looking for a specialist capable of working in a team, independently, and flexibly to strengthen the Corporate Legal group. Cover letter replaced by an application questionnaire Apply now Share What awaits you? ## • Support on the legal aspect of complex financial transactions in the Corporate Clients sector • Support for the Corporate Clients sector in financing such as bilateral loans, Club Deals and syndicated loans, including the corresponding guarantees, as well as in guarantee operations • Autonomous legal support for the Corporate Clients sector in Romandie, with a base in Lausanne • Structuring, drafting and negotiating complex contracts, sometimes in collaboration with external law firms • Participation in the development of new business areas and financial services What do you bring? ## • Proven experience in the field of financing and contract and company law in Switzerland • Experience in the preparation, review and negotiation of financing documents, securities and other contracts • Swiss bar exam (Brevet d'avocat) and several years of professional experience (at least 4 years) after obtaining the bar exam • Excellent command of French (main working language), as well as good knowledge of German and English • Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented working method, with a high sense of responsibility and a pragmatic approach to complex issues
