To meet the many challenges ahead, the HIB General Management is looking for a:

Legal Counsel at 50%

Your mission ###

• Working in close collaboration with the Human Resources Department for all questions related to labor law, applicable CCTs, and situations requiring legal analysis or drafting
• Participating in tender procedures for public procurement, notably for the preparation and proofreading of legal documents
• Drafting, analyzing, and adapting contracts, conventions, institutional directives, or any other document requiring legal framing, on mandate from members of the Management
• Collaborating, when necessary, in the management of patient complaints by providing legal analysis and drafting support
• Contributing to work related to data protection
• Providing targeted legal opinions and proposals, adapted to the needs of the Departments

Your assets ###

• You hold a Master's degree in law, ideally supplemented by a lawyer's certificate or confirmed experience as a legal counsel
• You master the fields of Swiss labor law, contract law, and CCTs
• You have essential knowledge in patient law and data protection
• You demonstrate autonomy, excellent writing skills, and a sharp analytical capacity

Start date: to be agreed.

Occupation rate: 50 %
