Polymechanic CNC Turning

Activity

• independently set up and operate CNC turning machines
• create and optimize CNC programs directly at the machine or via Solidcam
• manufacture individual parts and small series while complying with high quality standards
• plan and prepare manufacturing processes and workflows
• instruct production personnel and support them in operation
• Requirements
• completed vocational training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ
• experience in programming multi-axis CNC turning machines
• knowledge of Siemens or Fanuc controls is an advantage
• very good German language skills, written and spoken
• independent, structured and precise way of working with a high level of teamwork and responsibility
