Your tasks

• Close cooperation with various internal specialist departments along the entire food product life cycle
• Participation in cross-functional innovation and development projects
• Planning, implementation, and documentation of trials, tests, and development projects
• Development and optimization of new as well as existing food products
• Examination and evaluation of raw materials, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Analysis of quality, stability, and performance characteristics as well as derivation of optimization measures
• Support of projects from the concept phase to the introduction into production
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal specifications
• Maintenance of relevant product, raw material, and system data

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of food technology, process engineering, natural sciences, or comparable training
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
• Strong team and communication skills
• Several years of professional experience in product development or a comparable environment
• Experience in the planning and implementation of development projects
• Knowledge of quality requirements, raw material evaluation, and regulatory issues
• Joy of innovation as well as interest in new technologies and trends
• Very good German and English skills
• Experience with ERP, recipe, or data management systems is an advantage
