Your role with us

• Processing all inquiries from our sales outlets regarding delivery times, order processing, and internal transfers
• Monitoring incoming goods as well as supporting smooth order processing
• Inventory monitoring and analysis to ensure optimal product availability as well as coordination of intra-group goods and stock transfers
• Processing supplier returns including credit note tracking as well as performing and following up on stock corrections
• Creation, maintenance, and control of global master data as well as maintenance and creation of price information
• Support of administrative and operational processes in Category Management as well as ensuring high data quality in the relevant systems

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial basic training or training in retail as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in an administrative, operational, or coordinative function
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as sound experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented, precise, and reliable way of working with a high awareness of quality
• High service orientation, strong communication skills, as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
• Resilient personality with high initiative and a hands-on mentality, who also sets priorities with a high workload, manages multiple topics simultaneously, and works according to deadlines
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing; French skills are an advantage
