Job Description

• Develop and retain a client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities.
• Advise and support our clients in their recruitment needs.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate selection.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships of trust with clients and candidates.
• Ensure the follow-up of temporary employees and the administrative management related to placements.
• Actively contribute to the development and success of our agency.

Profile sought
-----------------

• A commercial training or experience in recruitment, human resources, or sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a taste for challenge.
• Real ease in negotiation and business development.
• A proactive, organized, and autonomous personality, who also enjoys teamwork.
• Excellent command of French; Portuguese is an asset.
• A driver's license and good command of IT tools are desired.

Experience in personnel placement is an advantage, but your personality, your motivation, and your sense of service will make the difference.
