• Preparation of the operating room as well as provision of all required instruments and materials
• Instrumentation and assistance during operative interventions in close cooperation with female surgeons, male surgeons, and the OR team
• Ensuring compliance with hygienic, aseptic, and sterile standards
• Monitoring and documentation of all OR processes for quality assurance
• Instrumentation in various surgical specialties, from general surgery to microsurgery
• Care of patients before, during, and after the operation

Your profile – precision, responsibility, and team spirit

• Completed training as Dipl. Fachfrau / Fachmann Operationstechnik HF
• Experience in the OR field is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Precise working under time pressure as well as high concentration ability
• Sense of responsibility and teamwork for efficient cooperation in the OR team
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
