As part of our BEMEA Finance Team, you will support the management of Bossard Europe, Middle East & Africa (BEMEA) in achieving its strategic and operational goals. In doing so, you will operate at the interface of controlling, data analysis, and digitalization and independently take on diverse tasks and projects in an international environment. Your tasks: Creation of analyses, key figures, forecasts, and management reports as decision-making bases for the BEMEA management; Participation in monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements as well as support for group reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER; Conducting financial reviews, variance analyses, and participation in the internal control system (IKS) as well as risk management; Support and advice to our international subsidiaries on financial and business management issues; Participation in international and cross-departmental projects as well as taking on partial project responsibility; Further development and automation of reporting, analysis, and controlling processes with a focus on digitalization, data processing, and business analytics. Your profile: Completed business administration degree (FH/university) with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Controlling; Initial professional experience in an industrial environment as well as sound knowledge of financial relationships and balance sheet security; High IT affinity and enthusiasm for data processing, business analytics, digitalization, and process automation; Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Power BI, Power Apps as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage; German and English business fluent in spoken and written form; other languages are an advantage; Analytical, curious, and responsible personality with an independent way of working, high willingness to learn, as well as willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 10-20 %).
