REHAB Basel, Clinic for Neurorehabilitation and Paraplegiology, treats and rehabilitates patients with a brain injury and/or spinal cord injury as well as related clinical pictures following an accident or illness.

Our ultimate goal is to achieve the greatest possible independence and an optimal quality of life together with the people entrusted to us. We successfully treat in the area of initial as well as follow-up rehabilitation.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and responsible administrative support in the Secretariat Therapies 30%, starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, fixed-term until 30 June 2027 (with option for extension).

Your area of responsibility ###

• General administrative tasks (creating prescriptions, preparation and follow-up of reports, time tracking)
• Mail and email processing
• Scanning and copying work

Your profile ###

• Basic commercial knowledge
• Proficient German and joy in writing
• Confident use of the PC and common application programs
• Careful, well-organized, independent and exact way of working as well as a sense for processes and connections
• Good manners, discretion and reliability
