The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary cooperation. Your tasks Organization and coordination of outpatient clinic processes Appointment management and patient reception Operating the telephone switchboard Telephone and written correspondence Medical procedures such as dispensing Antabus, taking UP’s, blood collection, and breath alcohol testing Your profile Completed training as a medical secretary or MPA Experience in a medical environment is an advantage Friendly appearance and good communication skills Good knowledge of MS-Office programs Organizational talent and reliability Independent way of working and team spirit We desire a fundamental attitude characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
