Project Manager (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

Your Task

Together with clients, specialist planners, authorities, and our team, you develop projects, bring together different interests, and ensure that good ideas become high-quality architecture.

• Independent management of projects across all SIA phases
• Coordination of specialist planners, authorities, and contractors
• Leading meetings and managing project communication
• Development and coordination of execution and detail planning
• Support of schedule and cost planning
• Ensuring high architectural and technical quality

Your Profile

You have a completed degree in architecture and several years of professional experience in Switzerland. You work independently, think in a solution-oriented manner, and enjoy taking responsibility. At the same time, you value teamwork and direct exchange with clients, specialist planners, and authorities.

Requirements

• at least 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland
• profound knowledge of SIA phases as well as relevant standards and building laws
• very good German skills in speaking and writing
• good knowledge of ArchiCAD and Office 365
