The Customer and Broker Service (KBS) is the central contact point for inquiries from customers and brokers. In order to support our brokers quickly and competently and to ensure a high quality of service, we are looking for energetic support immediately or by agreement.

Broker Sales Agent in Customer and Broker Service

Your task...

• Telephone and written consultation of our brokers
• Creation of individual offers and quotes
• Answering inquiries regarding our products for private and corporate customers
• Follow-up of offers and customer recovery
• Close cooperation with the Key Account Management
• Administrative tasks such as contract changes and commission settlements
• Support in the maintenance of the customer and broker portal
• General support in the Customer and Broker Service
• Participation in projects

What you bring with you...

• Commercial basic training with an additional professional certificate in the insurance industry
• VBV insurance intermediary certificate, or equivalent, is a requirement
• Experience in the insurance industry and in working with brokers
• Enjoyment of daily telephone/written contact and exchange with people
• Empathy and a strong sense for the expectations and needs of customers
• Quick comprehension, quality awareness and reliability
• Holistic thinking and acting
• High level of commitment and resilience, as well as a good portion of hunger for success
• Strong team player spirit and "hands-on mentality"
• Proficiency in the German and French languages, Italian is an advantage
