This is what your everyday life looks like ##

• At the heart of it: As a Product Owner, you are responsible for the website css.ch and steer its further development along the corporate and digital strategy.
• Together with Product Management, you develop the product vision and work with your team to develop solutions for the continuous optimization of the platform.
• You translate customer needs and business requirements into clear user stories and requirements for the development team, maintain the backlog, and set transparent priorities.
• You always keep an eye on the technical and content quality of the website, especially in interaction with the content management system.
• In SAFe events, you actively contribute your topics, strengthen cooperation within the ART, and use your interest in new technologies and Artificial Intelligence to identify potential for the platform.

What you bring with you ##

• Most importantly: You have several years of experience in the role of Product Owner or a similar role in agile environments and you have already managed technical products.
• Strong problem-solving skills as well as convincing and audience-appropriate communication characterize you.
• Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you quickly familiarize yourself with complex functional and technical contexts.
• When dealing with different personalities, you act confidently and empathetically and find sustainable solutions even in demanding situations.
• You have experience in the web environment and bring proven knowledge in the field of User Experience.
