CNC Milling Machine Operator

Our client is an internationally active company in the field of medical technology, acting as a development and production partner for well-known manufacturers of implants, instruments, and components. With several locations in Europe, Asia, and North America, the company stands for precision manufacturing at the highest level and innovative solutions in a demanding market environment. To strengthen the production team at the Swiss location, we are looking for a committed individual as a CNC Miller/in.

Your tasks

• Independent operation of CNC-controlled 5-axis machining centers in the milling area
• Ensuring quality through visual and dimensional inspections
• Optimizing existing programs and manufacturing processes
• Rectifying malfunctions and ensuring a smooth production process
• Documenting manufacturing orders and inspection results
• Active participation in continuous improvement processes

Your profile

• Completed training as a Polymechanic or CNC Miller/in
• Several years of experience in CNC milling and precision manufacturing
• Experience in handling CNC controls
• High quality awareness and precise way of working
• Independent, structured, and reliable personality
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Teamwork skills and commitment to continuous improvement processes
