Tasks ##

Skills ##

• EFZ training and experience in coaching or agogics required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German.

Tasks

• Plan, implement and evaluate awareness measures by integrating people with cognitive impairments
• Advise cultural providers, associations and organizations on specific disability issues and inclusive cultural offerings
• Coach and support organizations in managing people with cognitive impairments
• Network cultural providers and associations in the canton of Zug as well as raise awareness for inclusion and cultural participation
• Collaborate with internal and external interlocutors and ensure a reliable exchange of information

Profile

• Completed basic EFZ training
• Continuing education and experience in the field of agogics as well as coaching
• Affinity for art and culture and ideally a good network in the cultural and associative landscape of Zug
• Experience in supporting people with cognitive impairments
• Engaging, communicative personality with negotiation skills as well as easy oral and written expression in German
• Good IT knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Availability for irregular work assignments (e.g. evening events and weekends)
