For our outpatient and inpatient department, we are looking for you, starting immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term for 12 months, as Psychomotor Therapist / Psychomotor Therapist 60-60% In the Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie (Clinic Director Dr. med. Bernardon), children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are treated. The clinic's integrated range of treatment services includes an outpatient department with a central outpatient clinic as well as four outpatient clinics distributed across the canton, a consultation and liaison service, and an inpatient department with an acute ward, two psychotherapy wards, a day clinic, and a clinic school. Clinical professionals from the fields of medicine, psychology, nursing, and social pedagogy work in the teams, and teachers and special education teachers work in the clinic school. Profile You have a degree recognized in Switzerland as a Psychomotor Therapist / Psychomotor Therapist You have knowledge in child and adolescent psychiatry and experience with mental disorders Strong social competence in dealing with mentally ill children and adolescents Ability to think and act in a networked, conceptual, and innovative manner You work independently, in a structured manner, and are characterized by flexibility, teamwork, and resilience Tasks You independently carry out psychomotor assessments You independently develop individual therapy goals within the framework of the overall treatment plan You are responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of psychomotor individual and group therapies You participate in interprofessional cooperation, including participation in patient-related case discussions, reports, team meetings, and internal training You create professionally sound documentation Benefits Our employees are the heart of our company.
