YOUR AREA OF IMPACT

• Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner physicians and an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Competent and individual nursing and care of our patients considering our nursing mission statement
• Independent implementation of the diagnostic as well as therapeutic measures prescribed by the physician in cooperation with our Fachangestellte Gesundheit
• Recognize and master emergency situations as well as initiate adequate measures until the physician arrives
• Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation as well as information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility

As part of your additional function as a vocational trainer, the following tasks await you, among others:

• You accompany and support our HF-studying nurses as well as the Lernende Fachperson Gesundheit during their practical training -- both professionally and pedagogically.
• You ensure that the educational mandate is implemented professionally on the ward according to the training concept.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann or corresponding SRK recognition for foreign diplomas
• Vocational pedagogical further training: Berufsbildner*in SVEB 1 or the willingness to complete this

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• At least two years of professional experience in the acute care sector

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Great flexibility, resilience and high organizational talent
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (Certificate B2)
• Good IT user knowledge
• High social competence as well as strong empathy
• Ability to work in a team and ability to guide employees
