We are looking for:
Cultivation and Production Specialist 100% m/f:
Your tasks:

• Regular professional assessment of plant development, culture stage, disease / pest pressure and derivation of measures, creation of plant protection measures and instruction of the executing personnel
• Creation of harvest forecasts as a basis for harvest planning and sales
• Ensuring high product quality, creating and implementing water management
• Monitoring the organization of operational processes in open-field vegetable production

We expect:

• Completed further training in vegetable production, such as vegetable production master, master gardener, horticultural engineer or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in vegetable production or in related areas
• Good understanding of plants, analytical thinking and enjoyment of planning
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
