Your main responsibilities:

• Full management of HP (Heat Pump) files: preparation, submission, and follow-up of building permit applications and subsidy files (Pronovo, cantonal funds, etc.)
• Technical and administrative follow-up: planning of interventions, management of material orders, and coordination with industrial services
• Photovoltaic component (major asset): management of project announcements, grid connection requests (DRT/IART), and follow-up of certifications
• Client interface: telephone reception, information on administrative procedures, and follow-up of financing files

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience: minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland, with proven mastery of procedures related to Heat Pumps (HP)
• Administrative expertise: excellent knowledge of Swiss administrative forms and subsidy portals
• Technical skills: a specialization or a strong affinity with the photovoltaic field constitutes a decisive advantage
• Languages: perfect mastery of French (impeccable spelling). Mastery of German is an asset
• Personality: you are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, and your ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment
