Mandated by one of our clients in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for:

Nurse Manager

• HES nursing degree or foreign title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross * Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years in team management * Intermediate management training (CAS, federal diploma in team management, etc.) * Experience with elderly people in Switzerland * Strong skills in leadership, organization, and interdisciplinary work * Good command of French and IT tools * PLAISIR/PLEX training or a specialization in geriatrics is an asset * Driver's license and vehicle indispensable
• Lead the organization of the site and guarantee the quality of resident support + Supervise the nursing team and promote effective collaboration between different sectors + Supervise the organization of care, life projects, and file monitoring + Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards + Ensure the link with residents, their relatives, doctors, and various partners + Participate in schedule management, recruitment, and the development of team skills + Actively contribute to institutional projects and the smooth running of the site jpiddab159djm jpit1043jm jpiy26jm
