Marketing and Event Coordinator 60 to 80% Your mission: You support the professional positioning of the Witschi brand and ensure that our marketing activities, customer events, and international trade fair appearances achieve a sustainable impact. In doing so, you combine organizational talent with marketing understanding and work closely with sales, product management, and international distribution partners. Your tasks: Marketing & Campaigns You actively participate in the development and implementation of our marketing strategy and take over the planning, coordination, and implementation of effective marketing campaigns, both online and offline. In doing so, you support product launches as well as market development strategies and ensure that our marketing materials, presentations, and sales documents are professionally created and purposefully coordinated. Additionally, you write newsletters, customer information, and success stories, work closely with external agencies and service providers, and review the success of marketing activities based on defined KPIs. You also actively contribute to measures for lead generation and sales promotion. Event Management You plan, organize, and accompany trade fairs, customer events, training sessions, and distributor meetings from preparation to successful execution. In doing so, you coordinate international trade fair appearances and events, take care of travel, accommodation, as well as the entire event logistics, and ensure professional support for customers, partners, and guests on site. Additionally, you manage external service providers, suppliers, and event partners, ensure a convincing brand appearance at all events, and take over the follow-up including feedback and success evaluation. Marketing & Communication You support the maintenance of digital marketing platforms and actively participate in marketing, sales, and digitalization projects. In doing so, you contribute to the maintenance and further development of marketing processes, support our international distribution partners in their marketing activities, and ensure that the global brand appearance of Witschi is implemented consistently and in accordance with our Corporate Identity. This is you: Completed commercial training or training in the field of marketing, communication, or event management Further training in marketing or event management is an advantage Several years of professional experience in marketing and/or event management Strong organizational talent as well as the ability to successfully coordinate several projects in parallel Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with high personal responsibility Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills High service and customer orientation as well as a hands-on mentality Very good MS Office knowledge and willingness to learn new digital tools Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools Stylistically confident German (C2), French (C2).
