New position creation! Construction Economist M/F Our client is a recognized architectural firm in the Lausanne region, active on various and ambitious projects. In order to strengthen its team, we are looking for a Construction Economist capable of accompanying projects from their design phase to their realization, with a strong sensitivity to economic and technical issues. Missions Your main responsibilities are: \- Elaborate estimates and cost calculations at the different SIA phases. \- Prepare general estimates and descriptive tender documents. \- Prepare calls for tenders and analyze received bids. \- Participate in negotiations with companies and suppliers. \- Ensure the financial monitoring of projects and cost control. \- Establish offer comparisons and award recommendations. \- Collaborate closely with architects, construction managers, and specialized agents. \- Contribute to the economic optimization of projects while guaranteeing the quality of realizations. Candidate Profile Your profile: \- Training in the field of construction (ES technician, architect, engineer, construction economist or training deemed equivalent). \- Confirmed experience in Switzerland in a similar role. \- Good knowledge of SIA standards and the French-speaking Swiss construction market. \- Mastery of tender processes and bidding. Proficiency with standard IT tools, notably Excel. \- Analytical mind, rigor, and sense of organization. \- Excellent interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork.
