The service des bâtiments et équipements publics manages and maintains the entirety of the administrative and financial heritage of the city of Grand-Saconnex, such as communal buildings and their surroundings, various amenities, as well as rental and commercial properties. The rental and management of communal rooms are also under its responsibility.

Pool Concierge Manager 100%

The hired person will be primarily entrusted with the following activities:

• ensuring the supervision of tasks related to the cleaning and routine maintenance of buildings;
• controlling and monitoring technical installations;
• in collaboration with site managers, contacting companies, coordinating work with the latter and ensuring its follow-up;
• managing administrative tasks related to maintenance work;
• ensuring regular on-call duties (evenings and weekends);
• collaborating with other services of the city of Grand-Saconnex, companies and external contractors, partners, associations and the département de l-instruction publique.

The person applying must meet the following conditions:

• hold a CFC d-agent-e d-exploitation or equivalent;
• be organized and have a sense of work, while being service-oriented;
• master the French language;
• be comfortable with IT tools (Microsoft Office);
• have at least 10 years of experience as a manager of a group of concierges and have already ensured the maintenance of several educational establishments and public buildings;
• possess a sense of organization, rigor, precision and the ability to manage several groups of concierges in parallel;
• be reactive, work autonomously, show flexibility and initiative;
• be able to integrate easily into a team;
• be officially domiciled in the canton of Genève;
• have a clean criminal record.
