Job Description ##

• Responsibility for accounts receivable accounting and receivables management
• Monitoring of open items as well as execution of the dunning process
• Ensuring correct and timely postings
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Collaboration on the optimization and automation of financial processes
• Support with system adjustments and future ABACUS projects
• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in German and English

The Successful Applicant ##

• Commercial training or further education in finance and accounting
• Several years of experience in accounts receivable accounting
• Sound user knowledge in ABACUS mandatory
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
• Experience in process optimizations, digitalization, or ERP projects is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• High sense of responsibility as well as ability to work in a team
• Availability for a short-term start
