For our location Wohnen und Tagesstruktur Wohnen Süd in Oensingen, we are looking for a Employee as Night Watch ## This is what your new daily work life with us looks like ### • Night presence service to ensure the safety of residents with mental, intellectual, and physical impairments during the night (partial possibility of retreat with sleeping facilities) • Taking over control tasks as well as execution of pending orders during the night shift • On average 6-8 nights per month with working hours from 21:30-06:30 • Participation in regular team meetings • Independent and responsible action in emergency and crisis situations. • Support of the night presence team at the Oensingen location during extraordinary events. • Compliance with applicable quality standards and internal guidelines What we wish for from you ### • Experience and / or interest in working with people with disabilities • Humor, conflict management skills, resilience, as well as a confident and situationally appropriate demeanor • Flexibility regarding work assignments and holiday substitutions • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing • Good user knowledge in MS Office (Word and Excel) • Readiness for the medical fitness examination according to Art. 45 ArGV 1 for night work • Driver's license category B What we offer you - our versatile employee benefits ### • Flexibility in daily work life with modern working time models • Further development through free internal courses and support for external further training • Above-average social benefits and pension schemes • Free parking spaces without parking stress For supplementary information, Erich Burri is at your disposal.
