Introduction

For our client in the Aarau / Olten region, we are looking for an engaged and empathetic personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ. Tasks

• Professional care and support of the residents according to individual competencies
• Taking over primary nursing and shared responsibility for individual and needs-based care
• Responsibility for the nursing process as well as support in the correct application of the RAI/RUG system including nursing documentation
• Contact person for employees in assistant functions as well as for apprentices and interns
• Support and guidance of apprentices in daily nursing care as well as promoting professional development within the team
• Contribution to high quality of care and appreciative support of the residents

Profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in long-term care
• Open, empathetic and responsible personality
• Knowledge in Palliative Care and RAI/RUG is an advantage or willingness to acquire these
• Joy in guiding apprentices and in promoting collective learning within the team
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as understanding of the Swiss German language
