To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, numbers-oriented, and independently working personality, available immediately or by arrangement, who will competently support our accounting and brings joy to versatile administrative tasks.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Booking and reconciliation of bank, postal, and cash accounts
• Booking and reconciliation of Worldline payment transactions
• Collaboration in the management and maintenance of fixed asset accounting
• Processing of payment transactions as well as monitoring of the dunning process
• Control and processing of expense and credit card statements
• Support with monthly and annual closing work
• Close cooperation with our external fiduciary office
• Maintenance and administration of master data in our ERP system SAP Business One

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Completed further training as an Accounting Clerk (mandatory)
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting (mandatory)
• Knowledge of SAP Business One is an advantage
• Very good MS Office user knowledge, especially in Excel
• Structured, precise, and independent way of working
• Pronounced understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
• High degree of discretion, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented, dedicated personality with a hands-on mentality and strong service orientation
