Your tasks
Recruiting employees for the corporate group (e.g., caretakers, cleaners, gardeners)
Classic recruiting / Social Media Recruiting
Creating and posting job advertisements
Applicant selection, conducting telephone interviews, personal job interviews
Maintaining and expanding the talent pool
Applicant administration, invitations, rejections, statistics etc.
Collaboration in the entire personnel service
Requirements
Commercial school, commercial basic training or comparable
Further training in HR is an advantage
Experience in recruiting or as a personnel consultant
Experience in personnel administration
Clean and well-groomed appearance
Joy in personal and telephone contact with people
German / Swiss German, advantageously some English or other foreign languages such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese
Good PC skills
