In this role, you will actively advise, systematically recognize potential within the existing customer base, and contribute measurably to the success of our general agency through qualitative cross-selling and upselling.

Your tasks

• You work in the sales back-office in our General Agency Thun
• You are the first and competent contact person for our customers on the telephone and at the reception
• You carry out telephone and personal consultations and specifically recognize consulting and closing opportunities in the existing customer base
• You create tailor-made offers, adapt insurance coverage according to needs, and mutate customer data
• You actively strengthen and expand existing customer relationships, identify cross-selling and upselling potentials, and convince new customers with your open manner
• You answer incoming written customer inquiries independently, efficiently, and with a sense of quality according to the specifications of Visana

Your profile

• You have a commercial vocational training and experience in customer contact or sales
• You enjoy advising customers holistically, solution-oriented, and bindingly
• Ideally, you have a VBV certification
• You communicate clearly, friendly, and convincingly -- even in demanding conversation situations
• Your German skills are very good; any additional language is a plus
• You work in a structured, reliable, and result-oriented manner and are confident in using common Office programs
