As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds.

At Trianon SA, we offer the opportunity to several young talents as well as to people in professional retraining to discover and learn a fascinating profession within our teams based in Nyon (VD), who will be required to join the Paudex site in early 2027.
Thanks to an on-the-job training program and the support of our specialists, you will develop the necessary skills to evolve in the world of occupational benefit.
Missions
Support the team in the daily administrative management of the files of the insured persons of a pension fund
Respond to various client requests by email or by telephone
Collaborate closely with a team of specialists who accompanies you in your daily activities
Participate in the updating and control of the data of the insured persons in the internal systems
Your profile
CFC/commercial maturity or higher education (Brevet, Bachelor HEG)
A first professional experience in the administrative field
Comfortable with numbers and contact with customers
Mastery of IT tools and digital collaboration
Curious, dynamic personality endowed with a spirit of initiative
Pragmatic work approach and a strong taste for teamwork
Very good knowledge of French, good knowledge of German (B2) and/or English (B2)
