Sales Field Service (100%)

To support our sales team, we are looking for a driving force with a passion for classic field service activities, starting immediately or by arrangement.

What awaits you

You will look after and develop our Key Accounts with the goal of exploiting customer potentials and winning new customers for Richnerstutz. With your active and advisory nature, you position our service portfolio as effective solutions for brand appearances in indoor and outdoor areas.

You recognize customer needs and market opportunities at an early stage, develop suitable sales approaches, and advise on our business areas large format, signage, advertising technology, and spatial design. In doing so, you make the diverse possibilities of Richnerstutz visible to customers and interested parties.

As a central interface, you coordinate customer requests with our specialist departments and work closely with the project management. You are responsible for the customer relationship and commercial development, while the project management accompanies the operational implementation. Through targeted acquisition, personal customer care, and convincing presentations, you strengthen our network, further develop existing relationships, and actively contribute to the sustainable growth of Richnerstutz.

Your profile

You are a convincing, sympathetic, and goal-oriented sales personality with a passion for demanding customer solutions. You know how to build trust, recognize potentials, and specifically develop existing customer relationships as well as new business opportunities.

Ideally, you bring experience in sales and in the support of demanding customers or Key Accounts. You interact confidently with different contact persons, recognize market opportunities early, and actively expand your network. You have a good understanding of design, communicative, and technical solutions and can communicate a versatile service portfolio in an understandable and convincing manner.

As a binding interface between customers and internal specialist departments, you communicate clearly, coordinate reliably, and maintain an overview even with several parallel topics. You work independently and in a structured manner, take responsibility, and appear professional and confident.
