Production Manager - Building (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a production manager (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will plan, organize and coordinate production activities • You will ensure compliance with deadlines, quality requirements and production objectives. • You will supervise, support and manage teams. • You will define priorities and anticipate risks to ensure continuity of operations. • You will ensure compliance with safety rules, internal procedures and applicable standards. • You will participate in the recruitment, integration and evaluation of employees. • You will ensure the link between management and field teams by guaranteeing smooth communication. • You will monitor performance indicators and implement necessary corrective actions. • You will optimize prefabrication processes to improve productivity and quality. • You will coordinate interventions with maintenance, logistics and quality services. • You will ensure the availability of human, material and technical resources necessary for production. • You will participate in the continuous improvement of working methods and propose innovative solutions • You will control the conformity of prefabricated elements before their shipment. • You will train and support new employees to promote their skills development • Prepare presentation files and establish offer calculations • Research economic and technical solutions • Ensure communication with clients and suppliers • Collaborate with project managers to develop execution variants. • You will lead team meetings and ensure regular follow-up of set objectives. • You will manage unforeseen events and make necessary decisions to limit their impact on production. • You will ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and report needs for preventive maintenance. • You will collaborate with the technical office to ensure the feasibility and proper execution of projects. Your profile: • You have significant experience in production management, ideally in the construction or prefabrication sector (Mastery of construction materials such as concrete, steel, wood, prefabricated elements, etc. is imperative) • You are imperatively from the construction sector and have held a position such as foreman, team leader, site manager or equivalent. • You master production planning and organization tools. • You can read plans and understand the technical constraints related to manufacturing. • You have a good knowledge of safety standards and ensure their application on a daily basis. • You can establish a clear, structured and motivating work framework. • You manage conflict situations with diplomacy and efficiency. • You delegate responsibilities in a relevant manner to develop team autonomy. • You demonstrate federative and structuring leadership. • You demonstrate excellent emotional stability, even in demanding situations. • You promote a stable, collaborative and performance-oriented team climate.
