Your mission ###

You ensure that inquiries are transformed into convincing offers.
With a technical understanding, a keen eye for detail, and a structured way of working, you verify, correct, and draft offers accurately, on time, and competitively. You are the central point between sales, product management, calculation, design, and service.

What concretely motivates you ###

• Analysis and processing of customer inquiries for components and systems
• Technical and commercial verification of requirements
• Selection of suitable solutions within our portfolio
• Drafting and submission of offers on time, including terms and conditions
• Clarification of technical details, delivery times, and feasibility
• Maintenance and updating of data in the CRM system
• Close collaboration with various internal departments

What you bring ###

• Basic technical or commercial training
• Experience in preparing offers or in technical sales support
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Dynamics is an advantage)
• Structured, precise, and autonomous way of working
• Excellent communication skills and pleasure in working in a team
• Very good knowledge of German, French and English are a plus
