Building Services Planner (m/f)

What is supposed to work on the construction site must already be correct on the plan. And that is exactly where you come into play. You create and edit plans, diagrams, and models for demanding HLKS projects, thereby creating an important basis for their successful implementation. In doing so, you work closely with experienced project managers and technical specialists and gain insight into a wide variety of projects – from modern office buildings to industrial plants and data centers.

Your tasks include:

• Creating, developing, and optimizing plans, diagrams, and models in the area of HLKS
• Elaborating technical details and drawing solutions
• Coordination and alignment of different planning stages
• Structuring and updating planning and project documentation
• Creating and maintaining revision documentation
• Close cooperation with project managers and technical specialists

Your profile

Whether fresh from training or already with initial professional experience: what matters is your technical flair, your accuracy, and the motivation to develop yourself further.

• Completed training as a Gebäudetechnikplaner/in EFZ or a comparable technical training
• Enjoyment of technical drawing and digital planning
• Knowledge of Trimble Nova and/or Revit is an advantage
• Good technical and spatial understanding
• Precise, structured, and reliable way of working
• Independent and uncomplicated personality with enjoyment of working in a team
• Motivation to learn new things and to develop yourself further
