Legal Advisor (m/f/d) 80-100% #

What you accomplish

• You take charge of the legal follow-up and advice for our clients
• You handle corporate law issues
• You participate in mergers and acquisitions operations, notably during business acquisitions and mergers between third parties
• You perform due diligence audits
• You accompany internal restructurings within the group
• You manage projects autonomously and coordinate collaboration between different disciplines such as law, tax, transaction advisory, accounting, and audit

What enables you to succeed

• You hold a degree in law and possess a lawyer's patent from a canton
• You possess legal knowledge in the fields mentioned above and/or have a great motivation to acquire this knowledge
• You describe yourself as a pronounced team player, service-oriented, friendly, positive, and cooperative
• You have a keen sense of personalized advice focused on needs, with confident and precise expression in German and (ideally) English
