Location: St.Gallen or Solothurn

Your tasks

• Development of project, permit, and execution plans
• Surveying and graphical documentation of existing buildings
• Creation of detailed plans and constructive solutions for new buildings and renovations
• Support in tenders, cost estimations, and building applications
• Updating and coordination of plans from specialist planners and contractors
• Participation in the development and implementation of projects across various planning phases
• Close cooperation with architects, construction managers, specialist planners, and external specialists
• Support for project and construction management with technical and organizational tasks

Your profile

• Completed training as Zeichner:in EFZ specializing in architecture, structural drafter, or equivalent
• Experience in structural planning, ideally with conversions, renovations, or existing buildings
• Good constructive understanding and enjoyment of technically demanding tasks
• Confident handling of CAD or BIM programs (preferably Archicad)
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Independence and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Interest in construction costs, tenders, and digital planning processes
• Very good German skills
