Carpenter - Timber Construction Foreman for modern timber construction projects

Activity

• Leadership and coordination of a small assembly team
• Independent organization and management of construction sites
• Execution of carpentry work in new builds and renovations
• Erecting and assembling timber constructions and element constructions
• Interior finishing, facade, and renovation work
• Reading and implementing workshop and assembly plans
• Coordination of workflows and material organization
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Cooperation with construction management, architects, customers, and other tradespeople

Requirements

• Completed training as Zimmermann EFZ
• Further training as Holzbau-Vorarbeiter is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in timber construction
• Experience in leading a team and/or construction sites
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• High sense of quality and responsibility
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
• Driver's license category B
